If you are seeking an apartment near the BigBay Spot in Blouberg, I highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
The apartment is situated within the Eden on the Bay complex, located at BigBay, a prime wing, wind-/kite-/surfing spot 10km north from Downtown CapeTown.
I have already posted a detailed spot review for the BigBay Spot in the "Spots" section.
What makes @danekuhn apartment and the entire Eden complex particularly appealing is its proximity to the spot and the convenience of having everything you need for your daily life within the complex.
In comparison to some other areas in or around Cape Town, we have always felt secure there.

The apartment is well-equipped with everything you require during your stay in Blouberg. The WIFI router is connected to a small IPS (Independent Power Supply) that ensures internet availability during load shedding.
Your car can be securely parked in the underground parking exclusive to residents. The living area is separate from the rest of the complex, and non-residents do not have access to this area. Additionally, the entire complex is safeguarded by an armed security company.
